Is my preview really free?
Yes. We build it and you look at it. No card, no commitment.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. We build your preview from what your business already shows online. If you choose a plan, your account already has everything filled in: you check it, tell us what to change, and approve it.
How do I ask for changes?
In your account. Write what you want changed, the way you would in a message, and we show you a preview before anything changes. After go-live, use "Make a change": the preview also shows the edits it uses. Up to 5 things in one change (items, texts, hours, photos) count as 1 edit; a design change adds 1. Keeping your business and contact details accurate is always free.
Where do you work?
We build websites for businesses across the GCC, in English.
Do you need my passwords?
No. We never ask for passwords. You sign in to your account with a one-time code sent to your email. Your domain is registered in your name; the domain registrar may email you once to confirm your contact details.
Do I own the domain?
Yes. The .com is registered in your name and we manage it for you. If you ever want to move it, we hand it over for free.
What happens after I accept?
You pay securely by card. Then you check your website in your account, add a few details and approve it. We put it live on your own .com.
What counts as an edit?
You ask in your account ("Make a change") and see a preview, with the edits it uses, before anything changes. Every 5 things a change touches (a catalogue item, a text, your hours, your prices section, a photo, your logo), or part of 5, count as 1 edit; a design change (another Look, your colour, section order) adds 1. Keeping your business and contact details accurate, and fixing our mistakes, never use an edit.
What if I change my mind?
Full refund before your website goes live. Monthly: the first 3 months are a minimum, then stop automatic renewal anytime in your account. Yearly: stop renewal anytime, or cancel and get back the unused whole months. Your account shows any refund before you confirm.
Can I use a .ae address, or one I already own?
Your plan includes a .com in your name. For a .ae address or one you already own, ask us and we will tell you what is possible.
What if Google does not verify my Business Profile?
Verification is Google's decision, so no one can guarantee it. If Google doesn't verify your profile after we've done our part, your Business plan carries on at the same price. If we haven't done our part, your normal rights under our Terms and UAE law apply.
What is not included?
Online bookings or payments, e-commerce, unlimited edits and full right-to-left layouts.
